Built by RAB for use on expeditions to high altitudes or extremely cold environments, these lightweight down mitts (252g) offer instant warmth and can be easily stashed in a pack for emergency use.

They are filled with 650FP duck down with resilient, fast-drying Synthetic Stratus™ insulation on the sidewall, palm and inside thumb.  it copes well with moisture in damp conditions.

The Mitts have these Special Features:

• Covered with a 100% recycled, water resistant Pertex® Quantum Pro, they easily resist light rain, snow, and wind, to keep your fingers dry and toasty.
• The mitts are reinforced across the front of the hand and fingers for added durability 
• Textured palm for a better grip on walking poles or ice axe. 
• Detachable wrist loops ensure that you don't lose them when performing intricate tasks in liner gloves 
• Wide opening cuff makes them easy to pull on or off
• Cuffs can be cinched in with a single hand drawcord
